Join the executive team as the Chief Financial Officer/Vice President of Finance for Avivo, a premier, non-profit human services organization founded in 1960, whose mission is to increase well-being through recovery and career advancement, while working to end homelessness. Avivo serves more than 11,000 people annually and has an annual budget of $42 million.
The CFO/VP, Finance, is responsible for all financial matters of Avivo and its subsidiaries. The CFO/VP, Finance will work closely with the President/CEO. In addition, s/he will partner with executive leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization. The CFO/VP, Finance will oversee all compliance and recognition for government (federal, state, county, city) contracts, fee-for-service and private grants. S/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace. This position is responsible for managing the accounting and finance functions of the organization, insurance, risk management, safety, and facilities. This includes compliance in all aspects with standards set by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), funding sources, the Commission of Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), licensing, local and state ordinances, insurance industry standards, and other accepted best practices in accounting and finance program compliance, safety and facilities management to assist the organization in achieving its mission. The CFO/VP Finance is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

$153,923 – $192,403 annually, depending on experience
